Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website fluxstudio.store, purchasing a plan, or downloading, installing, and using our plugins ("Flux" and "FluxCut", collectively the "Plugins"), You agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If You do not agree to all terms, do not install or use our software.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use our Plugins, You must register an account either by manual registration (requiring email verification) or via Google Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and session tokens. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Licenses and Purchases

We offer different licensing terms depending on the product:

• Flux (Lifetime License): A one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the Flux plugin (including keyframe easing and motion curves tools) and all future lifetime updates. This license is tied to your account.
• FluxCut (Subscriptions): Subscription plans (Essentials, Plus, Ultimate) granting access to timeline cutting and AI captioning tools. Subscriptions bought via credit/debit card automatically renew each month. Subscriptions bought via BLIK are one-time payments for a 30-day term and must be manually renewed.
• Device Limits: Standard licenses and subscriptions permit installation and usage on **exactly one (1) active device** at any time. You can deactivate hardware seats at any time in the account dashboard to authorize a new machine.

4. Usage Quotas

AI-based cloud services (such as transcription, alignment, and auto-captioning) are subject to monthly limitations (Quotas) in minutes/seconds as specified in your selected subscription tier. These quotas reset automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused quotas do not roll over to the next month.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to commit or assist others in committing the following prohibited activities:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, decrypting, or extracting source code from the Plugins or license-checking binary engines.
• Bypassing, spoofing, or neutralizing licensing security checks, HMAC signatures, execution nonces, or API usage guards.
• Sharing or distributing active session tokens, license keys, or subscription access to third parties.
• Using automated systems or scripts to scrape, request, or overload our backend API endpoints.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our goods and the instant provisioning of software licenses and AI computational credits, all purchases (including one-time lifetime licenses and BLIK 30-day plans) are final and non-refundable once a license key is generated or account activation has occurred.

You may cancel card-based subscriptions at any time via the billing portal on your account page. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not entitle You to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access until your current period ends.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLUGINS AND WEB SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Flux Studio disclaims any responsibility for:

• Premiere Pro, After Effects, or system application crashes, freezes, or project file corruptions.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or typos in generated AI transcripts or captions.
• Temporary API downtimes or connection issues resulting from third-party server networks.

In no event shall Flux Studio's total liability exceed the total amount paid by You to Flux Studio during the prior 12-month period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
